Thank you for taking time to comment on the updated draft of the City of Helena's Backflow Policy. The City is specifically looking for constructive feedback on section II, D. This section outlines requirements for existing properties, specifically when they must meet the same requirements as new construction. We are asking for constructive input on where this trigger point should be. Please keep in mind that the ultimate goal of is to have all services in our system meet these standards.
