My Helena App

    If you have encountered an accessibility issue related to a City facility or public right of way, we would like to know. The My Helena App can be used to submit service requests for things like sidewalk obstructions and snow removal issues. 

    The app can be downloaded from iOS App Store or Google Play. Tickets can also be generated via www.MyHelenaApp.com.
