• City will formulate draft options for consideration.
• Assembly of working group to review options for consideration and provide feedback to the City.
• City will incorporate working group feedback and refine draft policy options .
   

• City will release draft e-bike policy options for 30-day public comment period

• City will review public comments.
• City will finalize a preferred recommendation.

City staff will present recommendation to City Commission for consideration. 

If necessary, the City will implement policy decision and contemplate any needed ordinance or resolution amendments/additions based on the City Commission decision.
