Neighborhood Planning - Railroad/Midtowne

The City of Helena is working on a neighborhood plan for the Railroad/Midtowne district. The neighborhood plan will serve as a guide for policy, planning, and zoning in the area.

A final draft of the Railroad District Neighborhood Plan is now available for review. The draft plan will be brought before the Joint City-County Planning Board on Tuesday, December 17.

In November of 2022, a series of interviews were conducted by SCJ Alliance to begin gathering input from community members. In March of 2023, planning workshops were held to further develop a vision for the neighborhood plan.
