Key Dates

The City will host an initial listening session on December 18 at 5:30 p.m., in room 426 at the City County Building (316 North Park Avenue, Helena, MT 59623) and via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89888636060. City staff will present recommended open lands major projects, with project analysis, and environmental analysis, and accept public comment on those proposed projects.

Staff will present the project plan, informed by the public comments received at the Listening Session and online (through January 2, 2026), and accept further public comment. The Open House will be held on 1/15/26 5:30 p.m. at the City County Building, RM 426 or on Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82900219404.
